We are based in Mexico City, with the possibility of working throughout the US and Europe, most recently we have traveled to the Pacific North West (US) and Mallorca.

Sofia, founder and plant based chef, is not a traditionally trained cook, but she blends her own Mediterranean heritage, with Mexican seasonal, local, organic produce, and other cuisines she has come into contact whilst living and cooking on wellness retreats and private clients in Europe and the Americas. She has cooked for the likes of Billie Eilish, and for high-profile clients in Mexico City.
